Overview

This website provides information, the locally executed Potential Calculator and the server-submitted Automation Check. It does not provide user accounts, does not use analytics or marketing tracking and does not integrate advertising services. Fonts are loaded locally from this website, and no connection is made to Google Fonts or other external font providers.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server log files, such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser type. This processing is necessary for the technical operation and security of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted in accordance with the hosting provider’s standard retention periods.

Contact by email

When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message content, in order to handle your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required to process the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Ventega Automation Check

When you submit the Automation Check, we process the company and contact details you enter as well as information about your industry, company size, selected service areas, existing tools, current challenge, additional project information and desired start date. Required fields are identified in the form; the website, tools, additional information and start date are optional.

The data is processed to handle your specific enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries in an organised manner under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The recipient of the submitted enquiry is Nico Grohs as proprietor of Ventega AI. World4You processes data as part of technical hosting and server-side email delivery. There are no other recipients.

The information is deleted when it is no longer required to handle the enquiry or a potential business relationship and no statutory retention duties or legitimate documentation interests apply. The form does not store a personal draft in localStorage. The enquiry is delivered by email only; it is not stored in a database and is not forwarded to any automation, webhook or AI service.

Potential Calculator

All calculations in the Potential Calculator, including slider inputs, the industry field, results and the automatically generated recommendation, are performed entirely locally in your browser. No inputs or results are transmitted to us or to third parties, and no data is stored.

Local browser storage (no tracking)

• Display settings (theme, contrast, text size, motion and link highlighting) are stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key ventega_display_v2 stored.
• Intro animation: To ensure that the logo animation appears only once per browser session, the key ventega_intro_seen_v8 is stored in sessionStorage and is automatically deleted when the browser session ends.

These values remain exclusively in your browser, are not transmitted to us or third parties and are not used for tracking or analytics. When the Automation Check is submitted, a technically necessary session cookie may additionally be set to limit repeated submissions. It contains no form data and expires with the browser session.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
